Refund policy

Our Policy on Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All products sold by SJ Luxury Inc are handcrafted, made-to-order, and/or custom-engraved specifically for each customer. Because production begins immediately after proof approval, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

When We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement

We stand behind our work. A full refund or free replacement will be issued only in the following situations:

Item arrived damaged: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging at hello@sjluxury.com. We reserve the right to offer a remake or store credit in lieu of a cash refund.

Item is defective: A manufacturing defect (e.g. incorrect engraving depth, structural failure not caused by misuse) reported within 7 days of delivery qualifies for a replacement at no cost.

Wrong item received: If you receive an item materially different from what was confirmed in your approved proof, we will remake or refund in full at no cost to you.

What Is Not Covered

Approved proof errors: Once you approve a digital proof in writing (email, WhatsApp, or any written confirmation), SJ Luxury Inc is not responsible for spelling errors, layout choices, sizing, or design elements included in that proof. We produce exactly what is approved.

Change of mind: We do not issue refunds for orders you no longer want after production has begun or a proof has been sent.

Subjective dissatisfaction: Variation in wood grain, slight color differences between screen and physical product, or personal preference changes after approval are not grounds for a refund.

Carrier delays: Shipping timeframes are estimates. Delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or weather are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund.

Incorrect shipping address: SJ Luxury Inc is not liable for packages undelivered or lost due to an incorrect address submitted at checkout. Please verify your address before completing your order.

Swimwear (Fenix): For hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and before a digital proof has been issued. Once a proof has been sent or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

To cancel, contact us immediately at hello@sjluxury.com or via WhatsApp at +1 (305) 239-7272. Cancellations are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team in writing.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe your order qualifies under the conditions above, here is what to do:

Step 1: Email hello@sjluxury.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (305) 239-7272 within the applicable window.

Step 2: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Step 3: Our team will review and respond within 2 business days. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We do not require you to return custom-engraved items in most cases. For non-personalized items, we may request the item be returned before processing a refund. Return shipping in that case will be covered by SJ Luxury Inc.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We take chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us and allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with full documentation including your proof approval, order confirmation, and shipping records. We encourage all customers to reach out directly — we are a small business and we will always work with you in good faith.

Store Credit

In cases where a refund is not applicable but we want to make things right, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Store credit has no expiration date and can be applied to any future order.
