By accessing or placing an order through sjluxuryinc.myshopify.com or any associated storefront operated by SJ Luxury Inc ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses our store.
All products sold by SJ Luxury Inc are handcrafted, made-to-order, and/or custom-engraved. Production begins only after your order is confirmed and payment is received. Because each item is made specifically for you, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
For custom orders involving logo design, text engraving, or personalization: you are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted (spelling, names, dates, dimensions, artwork). SJ Luxury Inc will produce exactly what is approved. We are not liable for errors in customer-submitted content once a digital proof has been approved.
All custom orders require a digital proof approval before production begins. A proof will be sent to your email or WhatsApp within the stated processing window. No order enters production without your written approval.
By approving a proof (via email reply, WhatsApp message, or any written confirmation), you acknowledge that the design, spelling, layout, and dimensions are correct. SJ Luxury Inc assumes no liability for errors approved by the customer. Requests to change an approved proof may result in additional fees and extended processing time.
By submitting a logo, image, or design file to SJ Luxury Inc, you represent and warrant that you own or have full legal rights to use that artwork, and that its use does not infringe on any third-party trademark, copyright, or intellectual property right. SJ Luxury Inc reserves the right to refuse any order that appears to infringe on third-party intellectual property.
SJ Luxury Inc retains the right to photograph completed custom orders and use those images for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing at the time of order.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Orders will not enter production until payment is fully cleared.
SJ Luxury Inc reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill the order.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order and before a digital proof has been sent. Once a proof has been issued or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or made-to-order items. Refunds or replacements are only issued in the following circumstances:
Defective or damaged items: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Wrong item received: If you receive an item materially different from what was ordered and approved, we will remake or refund at no cost to you.
SJ Luxury Inc is not responsible for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences once a proof has been approved, or for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. SJ Luxury Inc is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Once a package has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
SJ Luxury Inc is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses submitted at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SJ Luxury Inc, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." SJ Luxury Inc makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable law.
You may not use our store or services to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights. You may not attempt to circumvent any security feature of the store, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse our contact channels. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Business and wholesale orders are subject to separate written agreements. Bulk pricing, payment terms, and timelines must be confirmed in writing before production begins. Standard consumer terms do not automatically apply to wholesale transactions. Contact us at hello@sjluxury.com to initiate a B2B agreement.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our store shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
SJ Luxury Inc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the store after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
