All orders are handcrafted in-house at SJ Luxury Inc. Standard processing time is 2–3 business days before shipment. Custom logo design orders may require 5–7 business days total. A digital proof is sent for your approval before production begins — no order goes into production without your sign-off.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
At this time, SJ Luxury Inc ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at hello@sjluxury.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. SJ Luxury Inc is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
